At Jon & Chrissy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains positive.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotions may be final sale and not eligible for return, unless specified otherwise.
- Returns without our provided return-adress are invalid
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Underwear, swimwear, and socks for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and store credits.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Visit our website and navigate to the "Returns" section. Enter your order number and email to start the return process.
- Prepare Your Package: Repack the items securely, including all tags and original packaging.
- Shipping Label: Once your return is approved, you need to make a shipping label with the by us provided return-adress.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location or arrange for pickup.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. International Returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. Please note that the return process may take longer for international orders.
